PX Core Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any conduct that we deem harmful to our operations or other users.
